In my opinion Germany & Europe must make a smart Trade AI Deal with USA in parallel to a Trade AI Deal with Mercosur , using Open-Source AI to balance out all the Cost differences, a new platform , and put Draghi & others to supervise it , avoiding large "Software - Database - Trading - Proprietary systems " companies , and instead build the AI from scratch locally, and later using same for Capital Markets Union, matching Investors witn Investments, and matching Farmers and Ranchers in the Mercosur- USA AI trade deal , always making algorithms to find the most fair and honest and just Deal , something never done before at this scale . What a moment ! Germany & Europe just needs to find the talented , skilled and honest politicians and bureaucrats to get it done .
