I think he's severely underrated and I don't think he's as raw as some seem t think. I think, depending on the team he goes to, he could be an absolute gem straight out of the gates!

The Jazz don't need another scoring guard, Keyonte George is probably the guy and they also have Ace Bailey as a tough shot maker. They definitely could use AJ Dybantsa as their star, though, and could give him massive usage immediately. I also think Darryn Peterson makes the most sense for a Wizards team that could genuinely contend this year. You don't want to run your whole offense through a rookie when you already have a high usage guy (Trae Young) and Anthony Davis. Young-Peterson-George-Davis-Sarr is actually a very solid lineup.

AJ is not more NBA ready than Peterson or Boozer. His defense, passing, and shooting are big weaknesses. He has the athleticism for the NBA but we’ll see if he has the handle or pace to consistently get to the rim. Boozer has a much higher IQ and Peterson is at his worst a 3&D guard.
