The Army has the XVIII Airborne Corps, which is essentially a larger Marine Corps, entirely under the Army and comprised of multiple light infantry divisions. The Marines are a useful Corps, but the Army has four Corps within the Army, and the XVIII is very much a tip of the spear/assault force. This idea that the Army doesn't do tip of the spear is ridiculous, hell the 2003 invasion of Iraq was spearheaded by the Army's 3rd Infantry Division, 82nd Airborne, and 101st Airborne... the 1st Marine Division was also there to the East of the 3rd Infantry Division, no doubt, but the Army absolutely has the capability and purpose to fight its own invasions.

Navy has zero soldiers, as they have sailors.
Marine Corps has no basic training, as they have boot camp.
Marine Corps boot camp is not thirteen weeks, as it is twelve weeks and some days.
