In about 1966 I saw a DeKalb County, GA garage that worked on Porsches. The mechanic showed me an aluminum bodied coupe of ancient vintage That he had there. Wish I had followed up on it.

Most successful manufacturer ever. From Les Mans to Dakar and everything in between! Idk how anyone else could compare. What, F1, and a few crappy American series of racing are the only places Porsche hasn't dominated at some point. If not dominate, then at least win consistently. IDK

I have to agree, Porsche is a special car, I speak from a background of 15 years collecting bmw M3 and M4 so I have a decent hand on, owner experience with cars, 2 years a go I became lucky enough to experience 997 Turbo Mezger as owner, Porsche is an amazing manufacturer, love there technology and use of resource and the Passion that they have for Evolution ...
