Eden Sher: I Was On A Sitcom | FULL SPECIAL

I came for comedy, stayed for a theater kid trauma dump. Not sure if recommend, at this point, almost finished with the "special" that felt more like a therapy session she should've kept to close friends or a paid professional.

jokes aside, this a brilliantly hilarious and heartwarming show. it seems like youre just as good a writer as a performer and comedian!!

The fact that so many woman have to go though such traumatic births, completely unprepared and unadvised and just have to accept that their body is no longer theirs to rule over is absolutely horrifying and terrible and so many bad words more. I respect you immensely for sharing your story, for opening up about such a massively traumatic experience through comedy. Im sure this helps a lot of women who had similar experiences and maybe helpes some woman to make decisions for their births that hopefully prevent somw of the things you had to experience ❤ i wish you all the healing and the love

I can’t love this enough.
The Middle became my comfort show during the pandemic when I moved from a small Midwest town to L.A. and worked as a lab tech on studio sets testing for COVID-19.
There were so many parts of Sue that I identified with and the levity/silver linings in all she experiences.
This special and your story moved me in so many ways. ❤
