Although the video is beautiful to watch, as a true beginner it was too much for me. I could not do the stretches comfortably. I got frustrated and decided to leave video. I did qigong instead. I needed to de-stress and it was not working.

I have a big spur on my L5, and also I have a few between my shoulder blades. My back goes out about 3 to 4 times a year. I also get a herniated disc near that L5. I have always been very active, but I'm almost 41 and the back is making things harder. My hips can be excruciating. Having said all that, this is a great practice for recovery. It is extremely difficult on my hips to do warrior pose when my back is out, so the modified one is so helpful. My back is healing from a pinched sciatic nerve, and this was gentle yet effective. Thank you ❤

idk how wooden or chubby people in comments should be to not keep up with such MEDIUM speed, she voices everything she does and movements aren't even hard, and I'm saying that as a person who have NEVER done yoga before and the idea to do so striked my head this evening suddenly
