The chicken schnitzel is shallow fried in oil, although you can also bake it in the oven. Once you make it once, you will never go back to those fast-foods to buy chicken meals.

All-Purpose Flour - For coating

Bread Crumbs - For coating

Firstly no need for the gloves people
I’ve made this a few times, but make some lemon butter with grated lemon rind black pepper and herbs , and just quickly finish it off in the oven with a couple of chunks of the butter on top. , new potatoes and broccoli 🥦 😊
I’ve tried it with chilli butter as well and it’s really nice. , schnitzel is traditionally made with pork but it does work better with chicken I think for my taste

— @nez9751

Method:

1) Cover your surface with cling wrap. Take Chicken breast. Cut it open. Cover the chicken with cling wrap and flatten the chicken with the help of a meat hammer or rolling pin.

Delicious. Thank you!!!

— @miriamraizelbenyavskiy6090

Uncover and season it with Salt and Black pepper.

2) Let's make the coating now. Add your bread crumbs to a separate plate. Add Black pepper, paprika, and Salt. Mix it. Break two eggs in a separate bowl, beat them.

Thank you. 😋 😋 😋 😋

— @sevenup6975

3) Now coat your chicken with all-purpose flour first. Next, dip it in an egg. Cover it properly. Last, coat it with breadcrumbs. Do the same for 2nd piece.

4) In a pan, heat up the oil on medium flame and then put in your chicken schnitzel.

Looks delicious! Thanks for sharing!

— @khiathompson33

Cook each side until they are golden brown. Once done, take out your chicken and put it on a separate plate covered with kitchen towels for a few minutes, to drain out all the excessive oil.

5) Garnish with coriander and lemon.

Made this last night for the family, they all loved it, definitely on our weekly menu from now on, many thanks

The way the narrator says "enjoy" at the end is very German. It's not a request.
At least that's how it was with some of the German born cooks I've worked with. They're very proud & passionate about their work & very insistent on sharing it.
