Steve, is there an ingredient list you can provide for us to follow your videos exactly?

ESPRESSO MARTINI COCKTAIL

The espresso martini has been made hugely popular in recent years due to the addictive combination of coffee & vodka! Make sure you use cold drip coffee - coffee extracted with heat tends to go bitter when not used immediately. Cold drip makes a delicious and consistent Espresso Martini - every time!

My favorite mixology video

— @NyotadanielsNjuna

- 30mL Coffee Liqueur (1 oz)

- 30mL Vodka (1 oz)

7:26 can i use malibu as my white run?

— @Fernando_alonso_scrt_pookie

- 30mL Coffee (1 oz)

NEGRONI COCKTAIL

I juat tireid to make the bees knees pretty gross tbh so far ive made a pina coloda mojito tom Collins and bees knees and the only one that was good was pina coloda

— @kashstudiosinc1330

This cocktail resembles the Americano (minus the soda and replaced with gin). Not to everyone's taste though I must admit - try easing into one by replacing the Campari with a less bitter Italian aperitif, Aperol - yum!

- 30mL Gin (1 oz)

I want to collab with you on a project.

— @ivyrosexo

- 30mL Sweet Vermouth (1 oz)

- 30mL Campari (1 oz)

aren't we supposed to put the ice cubes first??

— @sotiris6116

APEROL SPRITZ COCKTAIL

The Aperol Spritz is a popular summer drink! Aperol's grapefruit notes and subtle bitterness compliment the bubbly, sweeter style prosecco.

I just discovered you because I'm leaving for the season. You have the best explanatory way of explaining cocktails.thank you so much you are the best ❤

— @ΑναστασίαΑσημακοπούλου-ξ4κ

- 90mL Prosecco (3 oz)

- 60mL Aperol (2 oz)

Damnn first i have to go and bought a glass first

— @TrendVoyager13

- 30mL Soda Water (1 oz)

BROWN DERBY COCKTAIL

Luvet!! Thanks for this

— @RonnieSoliguen

The Brown Derby is somewhat of a bourbon whiskey based riff on a classic daiquiri. A big measure of bourbon is balanced with sweet honey syrup and sour and subtly bitter grapefruit juice. Named after the popular LA restaurant from the mid-20th century.

- 60mL Bourbon Whiskey (2 oz)

H

— @TadhgMurphy-m7f

- 30mL Fresh Grapefruit Juice (1 oz)

- 15mL Honey Syrup (1:1) (½ oz)

You sure ruined a good video by having that damn annoying background music! Why did you have to put something so obnoxious!

— @MsCellobass

BEES KNEES COCKTAIL

The Bee's Knees cocktail recipe was invented out of necessity, hiding the poor quality homemade, bathtub cut gin that was prevalent during the prohibition-era. Nowadays, good quality gin is in abundance and this is a delicious, citrusy and honeyed gin cocktail.

Great video like I’m gonna rewatch but I’ve retained a decent amount of knowledge. Although the approl spritz was kinda of an ugly betty but that last drink brandy flip yeah she can get flipped anytime ahaha

— @teeh6699

- 60mL Gin (2 oz)

- 15mL Fresh Lemon Juice (½ oz)

I’m here for my daughter debut 😅

— @maeolivia8994

- 15mL Honey Syrup (1:1) (½ oz)

MARGARITA COCKTAIL

Why reposado instead of blanco?

— @OMGpandemic

Tequila and especially margaritas are party drinks, so instead of serving them up in a stemmed Margarita glass, serve them up short on ice by following this simple simple 3-2-1 recipe.

- 45mL Tequila (1½ oz)

LEYEND! You broke it! It was so helpful!

— @lihuearias1963

- 15mL Triple Sec (½ oz)

- 30mL Fresh Lime Juice(1 oz)

What’s the prosecco you’re using or what is a nice brand i can buy

— @oldboyneverrichagain1113

DAIQUIRI COCKTAIL

The Daiquiri would have to be one of the most iconic classics. It was first created in the 1890's and Bacardi was first call. Originally the drink was served in a tall glass packed with ice.

Last one 😑😑

— @shaonahmed4768

- 60mL White Rum (2 oz)

- 22.5mL Fresh Lime Juice (¾ oz)

🙄🙄😳

— @InderKumar-r7u

- 22.5mL Sugar Syrup (¾ oz)

GODFATHER COCKTAIL

thank you for the smile and metric unit

— @strikye7

The original recipe of the Godfather calls for equal parts of Scotch Whisky and Amaretto which is quite sweet. I prefer to increase the Scotch Whisky to 45mL and drop the Amaretto to 15mL creating a less sweet and dryer Godfather recipe. Either way, the Amaretto will smooth and sweeten the whisky into a velvety smooth and tasty stirred drink.

- 45mL Scotch Whisky (1½ oz)

Nice selection of easy cocktails. How can I apply to be his official drinker of all those concoctions?

— @ianknights7602

- 15mL Amaretto (½ oz)

MANHATTAN COCKTAIL

nice cocktails, yummy, always love to make them

— @CocktailsWinery

- 60mL Rye whisky (2 oz)

- 30mL Sweet Red Vermouth (1 oz)

Aperol spritz 2:50

Bees knees 5:00

Margarita 6:00

— @TesiKiks_NewGame

- 2-3 Dashes of Bitters

BRANDY FLIP COCKTAIL

You are awesome! Thank you.

— @elainenorvell3335

The Brandy Flip is a simple, 3-ingredient cocktail with a rich flavour and creamy texture. The very first Flips emerged as early as the late 1600s - they were originally created with a mixture of sugar, eggs and spices being added to a tankard of ale before being heated with a red-hot iron poker from the fire. Now, a Flip commonly refers to a cocktail of fortified wine or spirit and whole egg sweetened with sugar.

- 60mL Brandy (2 oz)

I dont even drink still watching this

— @SCM-DARSHANDASHRATHPADVEKAR

- 30mL Simple Syrup (1:1) (1 oz)

- Whole Egg

thank you steve you r my saviour, will recommend ur channel to my bar communities

I see all the bottles next to him and at his side. It pains me that I got twice the amount of bottles at home... I sometimes give parties to get rid of those tiny bit left over bottles but they just become more tiny bit of left over bottles... wealthy country problems I guess

This is not a knock on the video, this is really good information, but it's so funny that you have an automatic reflext to smile then look down and like pull in your lips when you shake drinks. But as I said, this very interesting, gonna try some myself
