So I followed your guidance reinstalled the downloader app put in your numbers got to your website but when I tried to open something on your app it just kept spinning around until I finally canceled it. I can't open anything on your site. What am I doing wrong? Also, when I go to installed apps, all I get is Downloader. Noting in regards to your we site. I must be missing something. Please help.

According to settings/about, both my fire sticks are the same model 4k max but I can get downloader on one the other isnt the original. Any ideas

Hi Doc thanks for a brilliant channel and all the great advice. Would you mind if I asked you a question? I have a Firestick 4K which is a couple of years old and I have some good stuff on there I dont want to change so with recent price decreases by Amazon I`m looking to buy another Firestick, so I can play around and add on it some of the apps you suggest. I know not to buy the Select version, but recently on another of your videos I saw you say the best one was the Firstick 4K 2nd generation sticks, which is what I believe my first one is. But now on the Amazon site today is this a good one to go with to do all the things you suggest, its the `Amazon Fire TV Stick 4K Plus streaming device, supports Wi-Fi 6, Dolby Vision/Atmos, HDR10+` on sale at £33.99. Can you sideload onto this? Thanks if you have the time to advise me, or even if some of your subscribers might answer me. Cheers Doc and thanks
