You need to get off the strip for some good really good food. Best Detroit style pizza is at Four Kegs! They've been around since the 70's and the inside hasn't changed at all. Dark, dingy, and amazing!! Best NY style is Metro Pizza. They've been around since the 80's and the pizza is fabulous. I was born and raised in Las Vegas and live in San Diego now, but any time I go back I go to these places. Also, you have to go to Nora's Cuisine as well. Another staple that's been there since 1992.

Went to Secret Pizza - quite possibly the worse pizza I have ever had. There's nothing redeeming about it. It's worse than Dominos. Posted it on Google reviews as well. Yuck - what a rip off.

Whilst in Vegas I took the family to Mama Surang Thai kitchen and ordered the Khao Soi. It was everything as Sam has said in this video. Well worth the visit. We will be going back 👍

Sam, great content as always. Keep these hidden gem food spots and reviews coming! Heading to Vegas next week and plan to work through the whole list. I'll be skipping Secret Pizza at the Cosmo, been there, done that, and honestly found it outrageously overrated and overpriced. You really need to check out Guerrilla Pizza on the Las Vegas Boulevard. It's a fantastic mom-and-pop shop serving Detroit-style pizza with the gravy/sauce on top. Perfect 5 stars across both Yelp and Google. Hands down the best pizza in Vegas, full stop.

This is just my opinion but the way you can tell if a Mexican restaurant is good is that, there will be a lot of Mexicans there. The way you can tell an Asian restaurant is good is that, there will be a lot of Asians there. The way you can tell an Italian restaurant is good is that, there will be a lot of Italians there. Just my opinion. I like them all, but if I'm the only white guy in line I know I'm probably at the right place.

Amazing video. Would love to see more content like this…doesn’t have to be Las Vegas…it could be your hometown. Or pick a fan’s hometown and do a review of their restaurants. The way you present the dishes visually thru the camera in “hole in the wall” locations is fascinating to me. You tell a great story thru camera and vocalization. Great job!

Sam and the Gang. Next time you are in the Vegas area and have time, Fox Barbeque in Boulder City. It is worth the drive, for the food and the history! It was opened when the Dam was being built and has served continuously. Not pretentious. Their motto - If you are saucin' you are hiding.
