If this a supposed to be a 'safe haven' to keep vulnerable children away from.'dangerous' parents hence the windows covered up, why would the children be allowed to freely walk up to the place? Is the threat only there when the kids are indoors? Also, if this is a protective place why is the playground exposed? If you look into the first one, it's obvious the place is a Mormon front with heavy ties to the LDS church. Most likely another one of those places they take children who need to be hidden from a non-Mormon parent or who have been kidnapped. The other thing about the radio station which I witnessed 3 times so far. When a radio station is about to switch formats/call letters, they will broadcasts weird stuff. 1 station i know had a countdown for 2 days.
