I think I met the same cast member you mentioned at 23:03! My family was on a trip in January and I had a birthday button on (the trip was for my b-day), and I was dressed in a Haunted Mansion shirt. He did the hitchhiking ghost gesture with his hat, and gave me a sticker and a paper crane, too! It was a highlight of the trip!

@GretchenLee-p9mI didn't think that the Keal Boats ran there in the Castle Moat at all, I thought they ran in the waterway that they just drained out to expand into Cars-Land, where the Riverboats used to run, in fact I thought I remembered the Keal Boats as being one of the ways to ride out to Tom Sawyer Island, but my 1st time being at Disney I was all of only 9 or 10 years old, Summer of 1975, and Magic Kingdom was all there was there at the time, EPCOT, MGM Studios & Animal Kingdom didn't even exist yet, although EPCOT might have been in the talking stages by that point, and I really only remember certain parts of that whole trip, and actually one my memories Of that trip was that Tom Sawyer Island Creeped Me Out Big-Time, and that I kind of fell in love at that point with The Enchanted Tiki Room.

@phdonnellThere is a museum in Pennsylvania that reminds me of the monster university idea. It is called Mr. Ed's Elephant Museum. Someone gave him an elephant statue as a wedding gift. The collection grew so big over the years that it is now a museum.
@JoeJoyHaveLandedThe noise cancelling did muffle background noise, but it also made your voice sound a little tinny. I never had any issues hearing you over the autopia/tea party sounds before you switched it on, though. It would be interesting to try on a roller coaster where there might be problems hearing you over the noise.

The moat around Cinderella's castle used to have Swan boats and they were on a track if I remember correctly. I was in the early 90s, possibly late 80s, something like that.
