I have few issues with lawsuit. Maybe I'm missing something. If Drake allegedly knew of UMG underhand tactics beforehand, why would he engage not just in another battle but use the same tactics he did last time but with a bigger artist critically and commercially successful?
When people claimed Drake encouraged Kendrick to make accusations, I didn't know it was because of the Budden post. I say this because people started dropping videos of Drakes alleged "creepy" behaviour about other activities which can be found
Again, I assumed Kendrick was copying the same tactics Drake used against Meek, and I don't use Spotify, but I assumed Kendrick did that strategical just like he named his first 2 diss songs Euphoria and 6.16
