Defense blasted for 'questionable tactics' in Robinson preliminary hearing

People, the hearing is public; please watch it instead of viewing misleading clips like this. it's important to know this is not a trial- it is a hearing to see if the evidence prosecutors submitted is credible to take it to trial. This clip is not accurately portraying what is happening. It's a part of the defenses job in this stage to object to every piece of evidence that is hearsay, not originally sourced or goes against the constitution. What this clip isn't saying is how the video evidence was documented to be an edited compilation, not the original source and a lot of the pictures and timeline don't have sources properly explained either. Tyler's face was never fully seen in any of the videos and the license plate on the car is not visible to confirm it's Tyler's car. There is a documented witness saying there was a bald guy and 3 other driving in the car later in the day and now we know Tyler's roommate Lance has more DNA on all of the items vs Tyler. This investigation looks to be a frame job- worst of all they already gave Lance immunity.

So you guys, fox news, are saying "Tyler Robinson shot Charlie Kirk" before we have really seen any actual proof that he even fired a shot at Charlie and the wound didn't come from someone else like say someone standing at ground level right in front of Charlie?
