Here's what a day looks like for me. I tried to stop and show you guys a couple of the things I work on, and some things I think about on the course while I'm playing. 90% of this game is between the ears, so I'm hoping to shed some light on what higher level players think about as they go about a practice day.

Love the video don’t think you will see this comment but if you do this might help you, maybe it’s just me but I am also a whoop user and I practice a lot, I used to be seeing 15,16,17 day strain on normal practice days. I decided to switch hands that my whoop is on and it made an incredible difference, I see about 6, strain on a normal practice day and it has made my fitness better, give it a try it might help you out as well

have a question at 6:10 that chip shot couldnt u used like a 7 iron to run it up the hill and the ball would had rolled over the hill with less speed and rolled onto the green...that somthing i would had played or just dropped a ball and see if i could do it

Just learned about your channel and really enjoy your videos. Question, I am just getting back into golf again, currently 7 handicap. I am using 20 yr old titleist irons.
