This is probably one of the best games ever, the plot twists, the shocks , and everything about this makes me just go wow. Danganronpa is an genius game tbh. The whole idea of hope and despair definitely reminds me of reality and this world where there’s constant despair and sadness being broad casted on news. With the most depressing posts , new talk on how bad everything is and summary on how everything is going downhill. In moments like these hope and keep on going forward is the most important thing. I find danganronpa extremely inspiring. Ironic for a game about literal killing but it truly helps each time the protagonist find out the truth about each case. Cuz it helps me remember that even if times are hard, Answers lie ahead. Also, notice how each time the student feel “hope” is when they continue going forward and try hard enough to get the answers they need? They continue trying even when everything is falling down and seems miserable. Danganronpa is a valuable lesson about if you give up then that’s the real issue and will make you feel worse than whatever depressing stuff you hear or see. You HAVE to keep on going forward so that you don’t fall into “despair” you HAVE to keep on going because giving up might as well be worse. This can be interpreted in reality in multiple ways. But anyways that’s my take on this amazing game!
