3:18 actually I tried to attach a cbc vanilla cannon to the linear bearing and what I’ve found is that the the cannon has so much recoil that the bearing is ripped out of the casing

from the look of it the caliber of the big cannon is about 600mm. thought the recoil is a bit much compare to irl due the cannon weight it self.

Yeah the largest naval cannon ever was mounted on the Yamato and Musashi battleships, and it was only 46 cm in caliber...

The largest cannon? Maybe... 89 cm? The Tsar Pushka, and it was so large it was never used in battle XD

Sbeev, when you made artillery with bigger cannon you placed muzzle brake so it didn't have so much recoil. I was trying to build a tank and it was flying every time I shot, so I slaped muzzle brake on the end of a barrel and recoil was cut by like 90% so in reality your recoil was much bigger but it got suppressed by muzzle break
