After narrowly missing out on a Parkrun Course Record yesterday I thought I'd give it another shot, this time at Stanley Park 5k.

Not the ideal build up with my flight being delayed and landing at 1am in the morning and then having to hype myself up for a 10am start. Really enjoyed this one and excited to see what I can do on fresh legs.
