Conan showed up around the time Johnny Carson retired and Jay Leno took over the tonite show. I didn’t grow up with Johnny my folks did and he was huge so when Carson left he left a lot of people who grew up watching him. I have always liked Conan and I’m glad he stuck it out because it would not be the same without him in the comedy and late nite show world.

I was in a Conan audience one time…with my narc fiancé…a Wrestler, and Erin…the beautiful blond who had been a female sports broadcaster. We didn’t know about the guests..we were there for Conan.
If you watch it back, you will hear me whistling my ass off and woohooing.

On my list of books to read is Justine Bateman's book on fame. One of the great things about being a man is that you never have to talk to anybody or be photographed, to be great, because everyone will be nasty to you no matter how good you are at something. Having friends is an experience that is totally foreign to me, so I'm afraid I have no clue what she is talking about. I'm sure that other people with no fame must go through the same thing with their friends, I just wouldn't know. And these days, I would say over the last 10 years or so, I have felt like a man is supposed to shut up about everything, so it has been a ramping comedy show for me to make more and more and more fun of the direction that people are going with their lives, totally oblivious of how they're being manipulated by the people who grow the masses for a specific purpose - namely to benefit themselves. I choose to make fun of them, because that's all a man can do at this point, but someday I'm sure I will have enough of the laughter and will say something. It will be a very unpleasant experience I guarantee you that much.

Makes me so sad that two people I’ve always enjoyed for being smart and funny are so devoid of humanity and integrity that they actively support genocide.

It amazing that elements of phoebe’s personality comes out of Lisa Kudrow speaking. The only difference is Lisa has an edge to her…more so for being in a certain stage in her life than being completely different from her character. She seems to be a no nonsense kind of a person.

Coco is 'Friends age', why say he was older at the wedding? He's not older than them, just the younger ones. If he was older, so was Lisa, they're the same age. That's right - Monica and Phoebe were 30 / 31 playing early 20s right from the pilot. 4-6 years older isn't a lot anyway early 30s to mid-late 20s.
