Wait until you get locked out for some days then you wll run. AI chatbot drives you nuts, i had an issue logging in. It took me over 3 days to get back it. This company is trying to be the everything to everyone and it just will end up biting you in the backside in the end. Liars. Outsourced, get told one thing and after battling this company that has a couple of hudred milion trurnover for a $60 amount they swiped, and told me it will be returned to the card when the new one is setup, i was told their decision was reversed. They didn't eventually give back the full amount and it was clear the people i was speaking to had no authority to issue refunds (first) and second (a limit on the amount). I was with CUP from the early days. Slow, chuggy, trying to be the jack of all trades and the master of nothing. Too many options, too slow.

Alex, I have really liked your video, it was useful. Although I have a few criticisms.

1. This video isn't exactly a review, this is more of a 'tutorial' than a review, for a review in my opinion you'd go more in depth into the application features like the mindmap feature and such.
2. You missed the talk about AI in this video, what was its usage? How good is ClickUp's AI? This is something that I did not get to learn.

This video was still very good. I'd give it a 7.5/10, this has still reduced the time it would take me to research it, so thank you and I hope you make more great content.
