Thanks, I have a couple of questions please!! I am confused between UPDATES and SUBSCRIPTIONS. Do they do the same thing? And is it possible to move your labels higher up under INBOX? I'm trying to help my 84 year old mother here. Thank you!

@GilBalfasThanks
@hannahgetaneh000Why sweep important receipts (warranty etc) out of my inbox?
@Jim_SiegThat was very helpful. I have 123 in subscriptions
@propertypulseONI guess I came to the wrong video because that won't help me on my cell phone. 😞
@bonitab7881This video is exactly why I ended up automating my Gmail instead of trying to manage it manually.
I run a small script daily that labels old read emails, archives them, and deletes clutter automatically. Total game changer.
In email hell......
Its hot in here
Do you have a newsletter I can sign up for?
@heydavidrThe most annoying websites don't contain the word "unsubscribe," such as AliExpress and so many others! , Thank you and interesting video. I caught up too late a whole year later
@garagetube2830Subscription = 18,312
@jokunsman7275Thank you so much
@SageAzurethis is exactly the kind of workflow i'm looking for. Thank you so much. I never cared to organise my gmail until a friend told me about it when he saw 6000 unread emails in my inbox lol.
@tuvu8394New "Subscription" folder= 1761 emails! I guess it could be worse!
@psgambatI followed the instructions starting with 150k emails, I followed the instructions, and Subscriptons label now has 38k but my inbox still says 150k. What am I doing wrong?
@xavierjohnson4358Great tutorial.
@michalworoniecki1625Still doesn’t work. I don’t want hide them. I want to have an option to delete all mail from particular sender.
@vseznaykainvestigator7500Seriously
Your video hasn't shown me yet where I want to go!
Open up settings
Then all settings
Where?
First there's choosing a account and a couple more other things; but nothing to do with this!?
You went way to fast!
I've been able to get to opening up settings and then what?
Hello Jay, thank you so much for the tips 😁
@ND-ro2rz3,367 in my subscriptions folder... I work in education and social work, so LOTs of list serves. Thank you. My brain feels better now.
@nicolesteward472349,000+
@HouseFinch864The unsubscribe hack litterally slashed my marketing and e blasts in half went form 12K inbox to just under 6K in a couple clicks!!!! And made it so archiving the rest didnt have to feel like such a big endeavor. If you are a real estate agent reading this comment this is the answer to all those pesky newsletters or OH emails that you might want to check out every once in a while but DO NOT want to crowd up your inbox. Thank you so much for this video!
@eznycrealestate13560
@childcaretrainingsI love you man
@SanchezprodCould you please talk a bit slower???
@wvfranciscanWill unsubscribing to the mails will stop future emails from the same sender to be sent to me? My email is flooded so what I was most is stop all the nonsense that is sent to me completely.
@OwnerFadeConnect Thunderbird desktop. Download ALL messages to local machine archive then delete all from the cloud 😅
@timfd.w.4163Why don't these suggestions work? did google change everything?
@bendreessen2809483 subscriptions

@JulianaBurshek1360 :D
@caprile7493You think everyone are technology expert? I didn't understand nothing, because you didn't explain step by step nice and slow, almost like they forced you to make this video, that's why they said teaching is Art
@alirezaNikkhahThank u ever so much for your help
@CHARLESJAMESRICHARDS13,304 subscription emails holy fuck
@londonboi5135Looks like on home compu😅ter.what about phone.
@tWz4462I have followed along and made the filters but it doesn't remove them from my inbox. It's keeping them in both the new label folder as well as my inbox. Did I do something wrong?
@leighanna7037If I use updates no emails get moved in there actually. Im not sure why
@Charmenda7271 subscriptions and counting is wild!
