Claude is definitely powerful, especially with memory and persistent workspaces, but I’ve noticed it’s easy to get lost tweaking things. What helps me is finishing real tasks in short focus blocks first, then optimizing AI. I use Pomodoro for that, mostly Meowdoro Tracker — a free browser extension with a timer and cute cats, it helps me avoid endless optimization. I also use Forest or a basic Pomodoro Timer sometimes to keep momentum.
