1 Boneless chicken pieces . cleaned , washed dried , 170 to 200 g

2. Hung curd 3, 4 tbsp

3. Fresh cream 1.5 tbsp

4. Dried fenugreek leaves 1tsp

5. Garam masala 1tsp

6. Paste of 3,4 green chillies and 5,7 cashews

7. Ginger garlic paste 2 tsp

8. Lime juice 1 tsp

9. Roasted cumin powder 1 tsp

10. Salt as per taste

11. White pepper powder 1/2 tsp

12. Green cardamom powder 1/3 tsp

13. Mustard oil or any oil 1 tbsp

14. Melted butter half tbsp

15. Oil 2.3 tbsp for brushing
