Who is the master of pork, Chinese, Italians, or Mexicans? GO! Italians win in the cured pork division…. And Tacos Al Pastor is a master dish of Mexico, expertly seasoned….but the Chinese pork broth?? ….. I might go with the master pork broth if I could choose only one. 24 hour soup is where it’s at.
