9:50 I had a discussion with an American soccer coach about changes of direction. I explained to him that you don't have to brake, and that you transfer force onto the final step to explode as quickly as possible into the new direction. Surely there are excellent soccer (Italian, for me is football) coaches in the USA, but someone looking for exercises for professionals in a video often doesn't have the means to distinguish between a true professional and an amateur. You are an American football coach, but the mechanics of changes of direction are the same as in soccer. So, compliments to you; your channel should also be followed by many US pseudo-coaches or soccer trainers!
