Also... do you have any knowledge on the foundation of homes in TN vs CA? I was given a quote for flooring and it is insanely high. It was explained to me that it has to do with the sub floor etc etc

This was so informative! Thank you! I'm moving to Columbia in June. We are in contract right now. I worked as a loan processor in California and never fully understood the difference between a wet & dry state... other than a wet state required an attorney to look over the paperwork before being funded. Is it not common for an extension to be granted in Tennessee?
