Burnout is the worst type of feeling... you can't even explain and nobody even realises and sometimes you don't realize it yourself that why you lost interest in everything and why you can't focus and do literally basic tasks like brushing or taking bath... You feel demotivated to even live... That happened to me 1.5 years ago and I am still trying hard to be normal and eventually getting deeper and deeper into it... Because everyone expects you to be something when you are literally dying inside...

if this was any slower people would use a rope
@XazardEstá brutal!
@mayorga0b2HELP I SHOWED DIS TO MY LIL COUSIN WHOS LIKE 8 YEARS OLD HOW TF DO I EXPLAIN SHYT TO HER??
@V3NUS-o3pBloody brilliant
@shreyanagesh7939Passion is often the fire that drives us to pursue excellence and meaningful work. But as Gabor Maté observed about many highly creative people, passion becomes dangerous when it starts controlling us instead of being guided by us. We must learn to direct our passion consciously, rather than allowing it to consume us from within. Passion should serve our life and purpose, not dominate it.
This is where the search for external validation becomes dangerous. When passion becomes too tied to recognition, approval, or achievement, we begin to lose our grounding in reality. We overwork, overextend, and emotionally depend on outcomes to feel worthy or alive.
Because validation is never fully sufficient, the passion keeps demanding more and more from us until it becomes exhausting rather than life-giving.
Real balance comes when passion is rooted not in endless validation, but in a deeper sense of meaning, discipline, and inner stability.
Nice animation!
Also wanted to say that Jesus Christ loves everyone and died for all of our sins. Jesus also rose again from the dead three days later, proving everything He said to be true (before He died He said He would rise again from the dead). Everyone has sin and the wages of sin is death. Sin leads to death and death leads to hell (Romans 3:23, Romans 6:23) But Jesus died for our sins and paid our debt to sin, so anyone who chooses to believe in Him will be saved from hell and could go to heaven. If you want to make Him your Lord and Savior you could say this prayer: Lord Jesus, I confess You as my Lord and Savior. Please forgive me for all of my sins, I repent and I turn to You. Please help me to live for You, and I love you. In Jesus name, Amen!
If you prayed that, Glory be to God! Please get a Bible, read it every day, pray everyday and please go to church. Jesus loves you!
A waste of 4 minutes and eight seconds.
@IamMorenoThis made me cry, I understand this...
@Aria_GabriellaThe more we give more, the more it's going to consume us.
@parkchan8351To people working from home and trying to get their social media page to reach more people: remember to be you, not what society demands
@PCL11-11Incredible
@ART_BY_VRUTHThis found me at the right time
@alexartbdc5178My friend sent me this and after I watched it I realised what she wants to say to me I have to post whatever I make ,it's not gonna be perfect at first try, nothing is perfect at first but I have to start to make it perfect. Like this protagonist I am still sitting at my table drawing , trying and feeling nothing but I can't tell how lucky I am to have a friend like her in my life . I'm still feeling fear but maybe one day I will do something which makes her proud ❤✨
To all the people out there you all have a talent for something inside you it's just that you don't notice the things that are easy for you those are your hidden talent can be either drawing,storytelling, photography, editing just do what you wanna do stop fearing and just take one step don't look at the whole staircase just focus on first step ❤✨
Appreciate your friends ✨
So damn thoughtful, self reflective & carried out well. the art, story, music, everything was top on
@nawalbadarri got goosebumps when i heard the siren 🥹🥹🥹
@keithmillado1254Looks exactly like bipolar disorder.
@gabrielaantonioliAs someone who had once been passionate, some nights really were terrifying when I had begun to lose sight in what I was doing everything for. Art cannot be made without you, so take care of yourself first.
Going to claim that im also an artist, and i see new day, social evaluation, and self evaluation. Burnout can also happen from self evaluation. Too much time spent to perfect something will actually increase the passions, inspirations beauty etc but will also increase the stress, frustrations and your own self unsatisfactions because you are giving away all of u. The fire has good side and bad side. And fire is mostly bad when not controlled but not when big. Nice cartoon.
@livi.4791no me quiero ir señor stark
@dajhanccoWow ❤
@TestingflirtI am a 20 year old final year undergraduate fearing the life ahead as I have not decided what to do after graduation and I get frequent burnouts which makes it much more difficult to think straight.
@icecreamcakeeaterCuidemonos muchachos!!!!!
1:06 😬 thats me rn. I am still following the will of left hemisphere. Drawing out of performance. The mother is always the only supporter. Okay i give my attention to glowing ball right hemisphere inner child presence. I draw. I notice my body in the process of drawing. I listen to it. Tingling where exactly. I draw for healing me not for performance not for attention from the world not for result. I do not post my drawings. Lets do that💪i let go je lâche prise complètement🍃🌬
@144christNot to take anything too seriously.
Your life matters! Perfectionism, demand from our inside demon should not to fulfil, control it until it control and consumes you.
With the complete understanding of the fact everything and everyone is already trying to control us.
To take care of your little self is important from everything and everyone.
Love the concept
@navita2103auto burnout???? una variante=???
@omarrotopoLove it !
@nouhabhy3067did bro just jumped from his window
@escage4466Maybe it's about comparison that leads to disappointment, stress anxiety,perfectionism , hunger for validation- causes overwork and tricks our brain functioning that I'm not good enough, which then causes feelings of guilt and worthlessness that leads to sleepless nights and guilt while taking break , ultimately burnout leads to depression and mental health issues then sucide.... therefore, one should understand the concept of being human, we need breaks, time where we just exist without any societal pressure and the urgency to maintain balance between our mental and physical health...
These animations are helpful but they should also highlight 'How to get out of it' , it will be very helpful in spreading awareness to our youth as burnout has now become a common and serious health issue....
Just keep your little buddy and don't make them grow too much.
Get some rest, walk or you can cry. It's OK.
As 36 years old man who burnout and depressed multiple time. LOL
But my passion (my little buddy) still with me. Always.
d(>_<)b
Sorry for my English btw
Damn, I can relate to this except at the end. I currently study in the design line because since I was a kid, I've been an artsy person, but year by year, I feel no sparks left in art. It feels like chores, not my true passion, like it used to when I was a kid. The poor guy ended his life there. (for those have same experience, don't end your life like that; explore other things at the same time and reach out anyone you comfortable with.)
@rottensalad23Amazing! I love this so much!
@DergalTalksWOW
@germanngpgI never experienced burnout but yoghinee kanaksabee said she experienced burnout when she was at Clarel’s and was trying to make me say I had burnout too when I didn’t. I’m used to not sleeping. Lool. She was a minion of my enemy. My enemy opened doors for her. lol. She is on the list of those who will pay.
@AnjaliPayneeandy-k1bjust wow
@aasthagolapkar1840So miliars
@daitruyenhinhsoctrangWhen living life, it is not perfection but wisdom. In my opinion, when we are wise in managing our time, we can gradually become perfect.
@yukiibuki9289Watching this when really having burnout kinda hurts.
