The amount of calories you'll burn from this 30-minute workout will vary from person to person, but I slapped a heartrate monitor on my husband (who burns a very average amount of calories), and he burned 483 calories by the end of the workout. Additionally, he burned 220 calories while resting for the next half hour that followed the workout. That's the cool thing about HIIT workouts, you keep burning calories while you're resting. Anyway, in an hour, he burned a whopping 703 calories from this 30-minute workout. If you've got a heart monitor of your own, slap it on and let me know how much you burn at the end of the workout and the end of your rest period!

I designed this workout to be accessible to anyone. There are modifications for every exercise in this routine for anyone who is a beginner, can't do jumping exercises, or just wants to take it a little easier. If you're having a hard time with the full workout, I suggest doing the modifications for a beat until you're ready to jump back into the full exercises. This will help condition your body to be ready for the full exercises.

Do this set three times a week and let me know how your body changes!

day 1, could only do about 20 minutes of the mod version video (which took me almost an hour alone) before my knees called it quits on me. need to buy a scale to see where im at in the health journey (i started working from home in february), but hoping to keep this up and work on my stamina : )

Been doing other workouts in between for 2 weeks this is the beginning of third week

Day4: did a 45 min workouts
Day 5;...30mins done on a Monday

Day6-done did alot of jumping and finally finished at 2am
Day 7:im back my legs are hurting so much from yesterday but im still looking forward to finish but also scared i will get more bigger calves๐Ÿฅฒ
Day8;wow is it just me or when u get to this day u dont sweat or have pains im doubting if they are working or i have got used to it omg๐ŸŽ‰no pains its easier and more enjoyable in a weird way. I will get weighed soon in 3 days to mark 25 days of working out day 30 minutes a day each day and drinking lemon warm water every dayโคโค im not on any diet btw i have been still eating oreos and meat almost every day ๐Ÿ˜… bt i dont eat a huge portion from way back in yes

Im 5โ€™1 and 90 lbs, and according to my Apple Watch I burned 125 calories! Just letting anyone at a similar weight to me know u prob wont burn nearly 500 :)

I love Joโ€™s workouts! I share them with everyone!! This is my 6th day completing this same workout, tomorrow is rest day for sure. But combined with eating healthier (little to no sugar), going for more walks outside, and getting at least 6hrs of sleep each night, I have already lost 7lbs! guys if you are a beginner to such cardio workouts like me, please donโ€™t do this before any important event โŒ
I legit couldnโ€™t walk for 2-3 days..my calves were dead. Especially on 2nd day it got so much worse.

People are saying they start sweating HALF WTH how do you have so much stamina I started sweating like a pig 2 minutes in but Iโ€™m doing this to lose weight Iโ€™m not giving up easily and if I sweat too much it just means Iโ€™m burning those calories and Iโ€™ll lose weight!!!

Something that helps me is switching between the modified and regular workouts every ten seconds. I can't quite do the regular ones, but the modified ones aren't quite enough.

After a long time i finally finished a video lmao Normally, I would experience severe pain on my left rib side while exercising, and I had again, but that was at the end that's why I was able to make the video until the end lmao ๐ŸŽ‰๐ŸŽ‰
