Can I make hamburger buns with this instead of a loaf?

— @tiffanygreen9251

I see with other Chef on YouTube that when you make a brioche, all ingredients must be cold. Why do you put your hamburger bun to activate the yeast? It must be warm because they sit with the butter. The butter is going to warm up the ingredients and if the butter gets too warm, it will break.

Omg I was stressing because my mixer is tiny and it started getting so warm I thought it broke 😅 thankfully it’s still alive. Other than that the recipe came out amazing so fluffy and cloud-like and the taste mmm ❤️

The recipe on the site says 1/2 cup of milk and I already started so we will see. I might have picked the wrong option 😭🤷‍♀️

Bro reminds me of Clark Kent for some reason. I think it’s his happy mood and his general face shape. He remind me of the Superman from Superman & Lois.

Can I make this without a mixer?

I made the dough according to this recipe but the dough become very loose and sticky. I added some more flour but it was very loose dough. Should I use less eggs or less milk to make the required consistency of the dough? I always use your recipient for baking different things.

Such a poor recipe. when following the directions provided on the site and comparing them to the video you get completely different results. you try to comment on his website you cannot submit because he apparently uses a feature that will not allow any negative posts. it was so thick that it broke my stand mixer Kitchen aid professional 600 series. so upset with this. what a poor excuse

So I'm new to the bread making side of cooking, I'm a typical backyard BBQ, grilling, smoking imagine playing with recipes to make them my own all the time.
You can't do this playing with recipes in baking like other types of cooking. So that being said I'm slowly teaching myself how to bake the right way. That being said i just watched another brioche bun recipe video and they said to use warm or room temperature ingredients, where you say use cold. Both turned out what looked like amazing brioche buns and or loafs. Why would you use warm or cold ingredients in the different recipes? I see this alot depending who is making it
I posted this same question on both videos.
Your videos are some of my favorite go to videos, I've almost nailed the buttermilk biscuit recipe. They come out flaky and tender just don't get the rise like yours do

Your eggs are supposed to be stored pointed side down with the air pocket at the top to stay fresh longer.
