you missed the mark on walter's motivations in ep 12. when walter refused to gove jesse his money till he got sober you made into a black and white thing like walter could only be acting out of the good of his heart OR hes just being a petty dick because hes mad at jesse. walter is a dick but hes operating from a place of selfishness fisrt. hes not withholding the money soley to spurn jesse, its because walter wants to work with gus but gus doesnt want to work with a drug addict. yes gus agreed to a deal, but you yourself said he put unrealistically strenuous contraints on the deal. why did gus do that? its not 'cOnTriVeD wRiTiNg' as you called it, its because he doesnt trust them, doesnt believe in them and probably even wanted them to fail his 'test' by missing the meet. walter wants to earn gus's trust by getting jesse sober. he can then boast to gus about how he has so much control over his lackey that he can even get him to kick a drug habit. oh and as for you pondering why gus doesnt trust drug addicts, saul says gus has been in the drug game for over 20 years, excuse my language but no fucking shit gus has been burned by a drug addict before LOLOLOLOL

I really like your videos and have watched many. Have you considered using a proof reader on scripts? You use the same phrases or words at times that aren’t correct or have better alternatives or sometimes use words that are similar to the word you were looking for but that do not mean the same thing

One really cool detail in S2E8: When Tuco takes Walt and Jesse out to the desert, Walt is wearing green and Jesse is wearing red. When Walt and Jesse take Saul out into the desert, the same color scheme is used for their respective ski masks.

I always interpreted "I did it for me" different than everyone else. To me it was the ultimate proof that he did it for his family. He said the one thing that could make Skylar forgive herself and take away any blame she felt. He demonized himself so his family could go on.

1:55:20 Meth heads are not "junkies", as that term specifically means Heroin, or at least an Opiate like Morphine, Oxy, fentanyl, or Hydromorphone, as "junk" is a slang term for Heroin. Some people call meth "dope", but I think that also only applies to Heroin, or at least opiates.

I wouldn’t go so far as to blame Jane’s father for her death especially when Walt literally watched her die, but it’s definitely the case that being judgemental and punishing someone for struggling with addiction is extremely counterproductive. It’s a coping mechanism for dealing with trauma and giving someone in that position more trauma and taking away their autonomy makes everything worse. Like when Jesse’s parents kick him out on the street and make everything worse for him

My favorite part about the combo scene is when he stands still for a second just staring at the kid and you can just tell in his head he’s thinking of pulling out his gun but then he’s like I can’t it’s just a kid so he tries to run

I think Gus knew about Walt’s condition when he sees the donation jar, but is acting oblivious showing compassion to Hank, because if he showed that he knew Walt to Hank that would make Hank suspicious about Gus sooner than it did
