@slowlorisLove the content, Vanessa is fantastic. I do have a question about the danger zone. I'm sure there are outliers on each vector, but there is a persona that I notice quite regularly that seems to defy the norm. The magnetic stoic... That's what I'll call them in this scenario. They are quiet, they didn't display much charm, if you get the chance to get to know then they are generally very competent and possibly evening charming in a strange and guarded way. They don't give off the engageable vibes, in fact they can often come across condescending and narcissistic... but for some reason people just want to be in their orbit. What's up with that?

@DavidConnellmultimedStunning sentence from Vanessa - you have control, you have to be the first liker (that is the most shocking thing I've heard this year, easily). It occured to me that if your goal is to genuinely like someone and be the first liker, you have to learn something about them, get to know them. You have to search for something admirable, something likeable to make that feeling genuine - ask questions, ask follow up questions - get to know a good side of them. Mind officially blown.

@Alimubark-7I did like it and I am subscribed lol. I felt compelled to let you know how great your podcast is, just amazing and incredibly informative and I appreciate you and all you do... Also is it me or is this woman just unbelievably attractive...as in ridiculous. I think it's got to be her area of study that gives the brain a work over and you can't help but think she's amazing. I would love to learn that trick, she's got it down. I honestly don't believe I've seen a bad show from you. Honestly I'm a hillbilly type born and raised in southeast Missouri and live in Ironton MO. and first time I seen you it wasn't actually a choice you just popped on after some geology show or something most likely and I instantly hunted for the remote but by the time I'd found it you had already had me wrapped in. I also must admit I was probably 10 shows on before I subscribed but now I can't imagine not watching it and funny part is I don't really ever watch TV I sell crystals and minerals I'm either mining or hiking or climbing..just not a watcher but when I do it's to learn and you fall right into that but this time it's not to grow knowledge of current events geology or history it's to work on myself and grow as a person and apparently I needed it...the world does for sure. Ty for all you do have a great afternoon buddy, keep up the good work

Some of my key takeaways are:
- Stop asking what you do. Instead start asking, "Are you working on anything exciting lately?"
- The mind follows the body. Keep your shoulders down and increase that distance between your earlobes and your shoulders to project confidence and you will feel confident because of that.

@mitchilwitika9103How clever is the body language expert when Stephen share is story about the movie ‘the pursuit of happiness’ she leaned in, she showed excitement, she asked further questions and was so engaged! It was so good I don’t think Stephen even noticed how it caused him to think deeper and share more !!
@mareemcatear9744Here’s a thought…how about being authentic to who you truly are and love yourself no matter what others think. There’s always room for improvement but manipulating people to like you is never ok. Be at peace that not everyone will like you or your personality and it’s ok, they have that right but we should above all else be genuine
