Funny thing is I struggled more with the mantis boss than the Erlong fight. I died twice against the Mantis but beat Erlong first try.

Finally finished it haha 👌🏿👌🏿👌🏿. Super awesome fights! I used the original Wukong Golden Set against Erlang, and it took me 6 tries to beat him.

I used mad tiger for shigandang. It obliterated the blue gems and health went from 100 to 30%. Try it. Easiest fight ever.

You took too much amount of time to beat Erlang. Also most of the time u wasted your 4 focus heavy attacks. They will be ineffective until his shield is broken.

The way I defeated Erlong was spellbinder and then get good at using see through smash technique. His moves are slower so there is enough time to do a quick light attack and heavy. That way you do t have to worry about his shield

@lifewbasit_Phase 1: Fan + Wandering Wight + light attacks right away. Keep the pressure on until he’s around 75%.
When he does the axe attack, dodge it, Immobilize him again, then use Azure Dust. till 50% manage
Phase 2: Play safe and wait for cooldowns. As soon as Fan is back, use Fan + Wandering Wight + Pluck of Many.
That’s literally it. Fan does most of the heavy lifting and the fight becomes way more manageable. 😅🔥

@Spiderst01I literally just beat him right now!!!!! I didn't do anything special besides suffer through some deaths to learn his moves and only even used the fan once when he was half health, what an absolute pain he was but it was well worth it!!! That second phase was so cool too. I know I'm late to the game but if this isn't one of the best soulslike games out there idk what is and I beat Elden ring and wuchang fallen feathers but this game absolutely takes the cake, thank you for you're awesome guidance my dude.... Now for wukong, let's get it!

@zuccedgaming220Why did you go back and forth side to side of the map? Why not just go clockwise or counter clockwise? Is there a specific order everything needs to be done in?

@xikishala5581Idk if this is a glitch but i got the wukong stance after acquiring all the armor and weapon and someone told me u have to beat the game 3 times to get the stance

@sinify8648Btw, the Hound Soldier you mentioned at 0:39, saying he will only spawn at the start of chapter 6 and won't spawn after killing the first Major boss in the area. Those Hound Soldiers actually spawn around the Lesser Water Wood Beasts (The Hippo type yaoguais) which spawn at the end of the other side of the map in the lakes, close to the Gold Horn Rhino Boss. 2 of those beasts' locations spawn the Hound Soldiers so you don't have to worry about them not spawning and missing the journal entries and wait for ng+.
@Dash1ngF1stI actually just got the captain of the court randomly killing a water hippo . This was after I killed a few bosses too so idk , but it was very random

Great guide!!! I have played all my other Chapters on my own till now, but for chapter 6, I really needed this guide as the Map was so expansive and I wasn't sure whether there were random collectibles around or what order I need to defeat enemies.
So, this was incredibly helpful, and I also ended up watching all the other chapter guides lol, had to see what all stuff I missed as it was my first playthrough and I did it all on my own.
It seems the only things I missed were 2nd Rat Prince spirit and possibly a few random curios, but I have gotten all the other stuff.
Unbelievable though, I haven't struggled at all in the final fight against Stone Monkey and Wukong, it felt relatively easy. Even the 1st phase of the Spear guy in the secret of chapter 6 took me only 2 tries to beat him and Wukong 1 try.
I struggled the most with that 100 Daoist spider guy, final boss of chapter 4, as I was trying to beat him without the Golden Needle 😭😭 and somehow beat him after 2.5hrs of modifying stats and spells, only to realize I didn't do the Secret of chapter 5 (Thanks to your guide I realized this before it was too late), and had to reload my save and finish the secret and come back to beat the final boss (THERE'S NO WAY I WAS STRUGGLING SO MUCH AND IT WAS THAT EASY WITH THE NEEDLE 😭).
Apart from that, I'd say I struggled with Black Loong (19 tries), Mad Tiger (10 tries) and Yellow Loong a bit (4 tries), the smaller golem in Rockrest Flat(ig). It seems as the game went, the bosses became easy lol, I was struggling quite a bit with the initial bosses.
Also, throughout the game the only medicines I ever used were for getting rid of the four banes, which also I stopped after I got the Gourd that removes the Banes. I always equip the attack boosting medicines before a fight, and end up forgetting about medicines completely during the fight, same thing happened with the Wukong fight lmao, had all the pills you mentioned ready, but forgot to use any of them, got so invested in the fight and my spells, spirit and Stone Monkey transformation lol.
But I thoroughly enjoyed the final chapter Secret Boss Fight, TItan Fight, and the Wukong fight, holyyyyy.
