@RoyBensdorpGetting rid of severe middle management bloat will, in my opinion, will secure a lot of the quality and build time. When it takes weeks to get a simple change approved instead of just walking up to the office and asking will absolutely be beneficial for the community.

@skipper4126I had no hope for any future installments from this studio after their Starfield fiasco. I am sad to see other studios gutted, but Bethesda is a nothingburger nowadays.
@Ghaelthekaelsaw this coming a while ago when Todd was on his "Everything else is a decade from being ready" media tour when he'd tell anyone with a podcast that Starfield was the future.
@will_of_forceID and other studios that have been gutted have been put on Elder Scrolls with Bethesda as they really want to get that game out as soon as possible. Obsidian has been put on a new Fallout game, which may be New Vegas 2. Probably cause of the success of the Amazon show. So there isn't all that less people working on the games, but are supported by what's left of the other studios. But I'm going to bet these will be the last games from both franchises. I don't think they can meet the hype of 15 years+ of waiting.
