Too true about the airports. People tend to go LAX because it's usually the cheapest, more direct flights, and hey, it's the big LA airport right? But it's so worth it, depending on where you're visiting in LA, to pay a little more for your airline ticket to fly into another airport like the Hollywood Burbank airport for example. It might cost an extra hundred, but you're potentially saving on expensive ubers across town, time, headaches dealing with LAX chaos/buses/trams, etc.

I enjoyed this video but one thing to keep in mind. The locations are made to seem like they’re right next to each other, but it’s hardly that. Even to do 30 miles in LA. It’s gonna take you well over an hour and a half
For example, from Magic Mountain to Disneyland, that’s well over a 2 Hour Drive. I would suggest picking one thing and doing the activities around it because that from Venice Beach to Pasadena to the Huntington library that is a long drive and much to do in one day.

That's nice to explore a Mega City like Los Angeles, but it's even harder as an employee in these popular attractions, like Universal, the Santa Monica Pier and espically the Hollywood section. Even as a former Local it takes years to fully experience Los Angeles, just take extra caution if you are planning to visit the flower district, the art district and Santee Alley as a tourist, espically at night.

LA is a huge city indeed. I think San Fernando Valley or Ventura County are great places to stay in LA as well but you will need a car. My favorite things to do are the many hikes/overlooks with views and the many beaches but it’s hard to do everything in only 1 trip. Great video

Los Angeles looks amazing with so many attractions and experiences to explore. Planning sightseeing is fun, but managing travel expenses smartly is equally important in the USA. I usually rely on Matrix Forex for my forex card and currency exchange, which keeps payments smooth, secure, and helps avoid extra conversion charges abroad.
