I wish I had seen this a month ago before I paid $$$$ to get us transferred from Trello to Clickup. I hate Clickup and am going back to the OG but need a task management system with it! Ugh.

14:12 Monday.com Review
You are doing a great service for people highlighting the different tools. Love your breakdowns. Have you come across S-BIZ by Inava? It takes a different approach to project monitoring β flags problems before they escalate rather than just tracking tasks. Curious what you'd think of it as a PM.
15:39 Is Monday.com the right tool for my business?

We are probably going Clickup. Move videos would be helpful.

Great Video Layla thanks a lot extremly interesting! can i ask you witch one is better to to link emails to tasks? I work 80% with mails and i would like an app that can let me conecto emails with tasks. Some are task like proyects but i handle the alone (no neet to interact with others) so is like a self managment proyects ans tasks.

Uh oh your chart says Trello fits me. I have trauma from its clunky automation. Iβm in ClickUp now and excited to better build it
@GinGinbabyMore SmartSuite
@JayaLoveMore Todoist
@JayaLoveExtremely helpful.
@todd9652Teem Notion here β€
@ceflorianHoly crap, you weren't kidding about Clickup being buggy. Just did a 5 hour binge into it to see if it could be a good fit for us.... Buuuuug bugs bugs buuuuugs buugs evvverywhere.
@danielleiaIs Clickup still your go-to? Or have you switched platforms?
@danielleiaYou are a master, Layla. Such a thoughtful way to frame this to cut through all the pros and cons on any one of these products sales page!
@samanthapillsburyMy concern with cloud tools is of course Privacy and control of my data.
@PocketAmbienceNone of these is minimalist and without AI. So, no thanks.
I will build my own management website.
Thank you for the reviews video though.
Great insight! Thanks. Could you kindly more light on Jira. I heard you mention that briefly please
@NaomiKonaduYeboah-b6qI fit in the Asana box, and while I agree and have often leaned that way, the pack of Google Calendar integration and the horrid pricing if you're a solopreneur had me going elsewhere.
@73cidaliaClick Up es horrible. Me parece tan desagradable, no entiendo porque es tan famosa
@johnsalazar7430Any suggestions for project management software for a single freelancer? I'm working on Picture Books for clients, a webcomic series and digital design assets. Looking for something with Kanban boards, lists and possible a calendar view.
@TristenGrantAs a Travel Advisor with a Vision to scale to a team, which would you suggest? I was thinking Click Up, but Notion could be it too.
@Time_Capsule_TravelMore on ToDoist for teams who need subtasks, assignments, and comments.
@DavidTheHustMore Notion, please. More on Basecamp and Asana too. Thanks.
@DavidTheHustGreat video. Thank you!
Iβm trying to find a more elaborate ToDo list, more akin to Task Management, but which needs a super low barrier of entry due to non-tech savvy employees.
Great list. One thing I'd add β the biggest time sink for growing teams isn't task management, it's answering the same internal questions over and over. We started using an AI that reads our company docs and answers questions instantly with citations. Cut our "where do I find X" questions by 80%. getknoah
@InnerCode-e2kMore Notion
@thomaschristian8253great video on this topic and i appreciate you mentioning its not sponsored bc we get part way of these videos and they're like oh its sponsored and my team and i are like yeah okay buddy fuck you and thumbs down and switch so this is a legendary video. you really are helping a lot of people out and we just subbed. thanks.
@A123-d8oThank you for the video, very informative and straight to the point ππΌππΌππΌ
@samromenHoly moly... I came looking for a sip of water and you shoved my face into a fire hydrant hose. π€£ If there is such a thing as analysis paralysis... consider me paralized. Wow. ππ
@jimojedaWhich of the work management tools are best for small teams 5-10?
@andreasaiehNice overview π Many of these tools are great for collaboration or signing, but for full document workflows, platforms like Dokmee or similar ECM tools are usually a better fit.
@MaryMRazoCould you please consider adding a Turkish audio track option to your videos? It would be amazing to listen to your videos with Turkish dubbing. Your content is incredibly useful, thank you so much! ππΉπ·
@ahmetdastan9719Not sure I agree with some of these picks. Orangescrum has actually been much easier for our team.
