This could have been a great workout if your husband and your dog weren't lying on the couch. We are trying to focus and it's disrespectful when someone is in the room pulling focus and not matching the vibe.

I want glow up, and i want this exercise to help me improve quickly . I do want fast result . but i 'm not in a huge hurry either- even if the results come slowly i want then to be really good . I'm planning to practice regularly for 5 or 6 months and i wont stop until i see progress form these exercises will bring good results. i will keep giving regular updates about my exercise journey. friends 💌
Day 1 i enjoy
Day 2 got pain and feel little bit difficult i didn' t complete all the exercise but i enjoy also
Day 3 the skin on my elbow pilled off and it started hurting 😟😥
Day 4 i complete all the exercise and i am happy that i hold 45 sec for plank
Day 5 done
i pause 3 day beacuse of health
Day 9 done
