To all those who say this could have been avoided, of course it could have. Any accident can be. My main concern was getting away from the idiot and I just so happened to choose the wrong way to go about doing it. In hindsight I should have just stopped and turned around. I thought passing him would have solved the issue, I never thought he would come into the lane to purposefully block me.



The guy was charged with multiple felonies and misdemeanors as a result of the dash cam video.

Let people merge for fucks sake…… everyone acts like they’re the hero of their dash cam footage. When there’s enough room for someone to merge and then you speed up to cut them off, you’re the prick.

90% of these videos could be avoided if people let other people merge.

Why does anyone need to be “taught to drive”? Most of us spend 16 years riding around observing everyone that drives us around. Doesn’t anyone pay attention? I didn’t need anyone to teach me anything, I just got in the car and drove. It was like second nature. All these people
That need to be “taught to drive” are all the lousy drivers that are on the road. Yea, you want to teach your kid to drive, but that’s more for you and your parenting instincts. Most of us already know what’s up unless we’re retarded. I see so many ‘please be patient, student driver’ stickers on cars and they’re usually horrible drivers that don’t belong behind the wheel. No amount of practice is gonna help them. It’s usually women too. Now that i think about it kids now have their faces in the phones when riding around with their parents and they aren’t paying attention how to drive.
