And this is why I take the bus. You pay about 27,000+ if not more for a car, plus insurance, plus registration, plus dashcam, plus repairs/maintenance/fees/yearly inspections, etc. By the time you're done owning the car and before any crash, you paid well over double for that car. They expect you to inspect your car, but can't maintain the roads. Any crash and the insurance company totals it. I mean, why would they ever want to pay for repairs? Send you a check that doesn't even cover the rest of the loan, and now you have to buy a new car with a loan that isn't even paid off. Keeping not only the dealership but manufactures sleeping together, and the only person who gets screwed in the end is the customer. Why risk a 26,000 piece of machine when a bus that cost 2.75 can do the job just as easily?

Remember, folks: YOU personally CAN NOT commit insurance fraud; however, insurance companies AND their agents can, and do commit fraud against customers through deceptive practices like selling fake policies, charging for unauthorized services, intentionally delaying/denying valid claims, or pocketing premiums.

Imagine thinking locking brakes without abs means a thing on ice.

#80. I strongly disagree with your assessment here. If you pause at 28:22 you can see the corvette has already hit the car turning left and the light for the camera car’s cross traffic is still red. So how can you say (even with bad grammar) “Corvette entered well after the light turned red and closed over a car length in two seconds before impact. Sedan was already established in the intersection”? What kind of backwoods logic is this? The collision happened while the cross traffic light was still red. And “sedan was already established in the intersection.” Are you freaking kidding me? You are not allowed to turn left until you have ensured it is safe to do so. There is no “I got here first” rule. There is no evidence to indicate that the Corvette ran a red light. It’s possible he did, but I don’t really know how long after his light turns red that the cross traffic light turns green. In most intersections, it’s instantaneous in which case his light was still yellow as he entered the intersection. So the corvette had the right of way.
