@TheAcornIsSpinningPurple Kohlrabi pretty color grows fast. sells for maybe 15 bucks a tray peas are stringy, Brocolli is good for the health no flavor or color, Radish is spicy if you get a mix with Daikon. Sunflower sucks to deal with seeds and mold.

@CubeRhinoDevWatercress is super easy to grow and has a horseradish/wasabi kick to it. It is great on Sushi! It is also one of the most healthy greens you can eat. Try selling to the local sushi restaurants, they will love it
