I don't get anxiety often. But when I do, I get frozen (I sometimes lose balance when I get anxiety) until I fully manage to get my conciousness back. This sounds alot like when I lose my conciousness by anxiety

i have soical anixety and storm, yelling,loud noises give me anixety attacks i also have fear of holes in skin or whatever (idk how to spell the name of it) and fear of spiders,oceans, hights ,etc im kinda scared of everything...but usic helps me alot ^^

This is so fucking good.

I have social anxiety. Everytime I think its going to fade it come back but worse than before. What i really hate is that my sister keeps on making fun of me because of it. Really I start to talk about it and she makes fun of it. One time we talked about our types and then about that my anxiety is the reason why i am still alone(im fifteen, i wouldn't even care about a partner, but she keeps on telling that i should get one) and then i said i only want someone that is understanding and then she was like "so a Psychopath like you someone With a mental disorder?" i was like what is wrong with you and then she keep on being ruder so I started to stutter and get nervous and then she also maked fun of that. Sometimes i really dont know ehat going on in her head, she keeps on making fun of me and tries to make me change, to something that not myself at all.

I think i have it too. I already lost four people and im scared im losing other loved ones too...
