FYI, Ben Jacobs is a cousin to Jonathan Goldstein, who is a key co-owner and director of Chelsea Football Club.
Chelsea can't compete with Arsenal nor City in either transfer price or player wages so Ben does this all the time for BlueCo, name-dropping Chelsea as a PR favour to Cousin Jonathan when in reality, Chelsea can't afford Rogers - they're a struggling financial club in significant debt, they're sell-to-buy club with a wage structure that will prohibit all of the top end quality from going to Chelsea, Rogers included.
