I used this video as example to have a memory tattooed to me. In a world where you can be anything, be kind. In a life of seeing a lot of ugly, she was the most beautiful thing I've known.

This song is my safe song. I want to get "Keep your head up. Keep your heart strong" one day. It helped me when I was carless, then homeless and then times where I wanted to relapse on cutting and battling with suicidal ideation. Here I am listening to it trying to find hope for the future a reason to stay. I know it will get me through it all again. It just is so hard to keep on fighting all the time to stay alive- 30 years straight of pure hell with no breaks of peace.

I cried so hard when I first heard this. I was feeling so suicidal and wanted to fight the physical urge to act. I went to Spotify and typed in feel good indie and hit shuffle on the first playlist I saw. This is what played and it was so serendipitous. Right when I needed it. Now, when I need to ground myself I play it. Thank you Ben Howard 🙏🏽

About ten years ago I always listened to this as I was lost in life and in what seemed like an endless rut. Roll on today I now own my own house, I married the woman of my dreams and we are three months away from having our first child. I FOUND MYSELF BEN 🙌 thank you ❤️
