The only problem with being ugly is how people treat you. If ugly people were treated well no one would feel bad about not being what society considers "pretty" or "handsome".

For most of my 53 years, I thought I was really ugly and following puberty, I put on weight.
Now when look back in my pictures, not that I have much, but I'm actually alright. Why on earth have I hated myself so much all my life when I'm alright. Where did it manifest in me. I'm now just living with looking alright, I'm not beautiful but I'm not fugly. I've got to the point, I don't really care. Shame it's taken all this time to realize this.
