BLEND TO A SMOOTH SAUCE .
TO MAKE THE STIR FRY PANEER AND VEGETABLES
• OIL 2 TBSP
• GARLIC 1 TBSP
• BABY CORN ¼ CUP
• BROCOLLI ½ CUP
• BELL PEPPERS ½ CUP
• ZUCCHINI ½ CUP
• PANEER ¾ CUP
• SALT 3 TSP
• PEPPER 2 TSP
SAUTE ALL THE VEGETABELS AND PANEER IN SOME OIL
TO MAKE THE MEXICAN RICE
• OIL 2 TBSP
• RICE 1.5 CUPS
• BABY CORN 1/ CUP
• GARLIC 1 TBSP
• ONIONS ¼ CUP
• BELL PEPPERS ½ CUP
• CORN ½ CUP
• CHILLI FLAKES 1 TBSP
• OREGANO 1 TBSP
• PAPRIKA POWDER 2 TSP
• SALT 2 TO 3 TSP
• CHILLI GARLIC HOT SAUCE 2 TBSP
SAUTE BABYCORN FOR 2 TO 3 MINUTES, THEN ADD GARLIC ONIONS BELL PEPPERS AND CORN SAUTE FOR A COUPLE FOR MINUTES, THEN ADD HERBS AND SPICES. ADD RICE HOT SAUCE AND SALT. TOSS ON HIGH FLAME FOR A COUPLE FO MINUTES.
CHEESESAUCE
• CHEESE 1 CUP
• MILK ¼ CUP
• FRESH CREAM ½ CUP
• SALT PINCH
• PEPPER 2 TSP
MIX EVERYTHING IN A BOWL, MICROWAVE FOR 1 TO 1.5 MINUTES AND WHISK TILL NICE AND THICK.
QUICK AVOCADO GUACAMOLE
• AVOCADO ½ CUP
• SALT PINCH
• PEPPER PINCH
• OLIVE OIL 2 TSP
MASH AVOCADO, ADD OIL SALT AND PEPPER.
TO GARNISH AND LAYER
• CHEESE SLICE 2
• MOZARELLA 1 CUP
• JALAPENOS ¼ CUP
• CORIANDER 2 TBSP
• NACOS ½ CUP
