Tapper should have been made to pay not just cnn and no more off the record settlemnts, they can settle but it needs to be public

@89volvowithlazers
@

The axelrod must be related, the obtuseness of his approach is just like the moronic dem consultant with the same last name. Axelrods are janks clearly they have talent and ethical challenges

@89volvowithlazers
@

Is that axelrod related to the dem consultant who hates dems? Askin for a dem friend who thinks axelrod is a dirty word.....

@89volvowithlazers
@

Axelrode is just an all-around awful human-weasel/snake 😖
Just like CNN: A false FAILED news station 😢🤬

@proven6270
@

No, the judge has his head up his ass on this one. As the CNN attorney clearly references, the guy sent the document off to someone else after knowing he was initiating the lawsuit. That's no different than hiding a document by sending it to somebody else. In fact, it IS hiding a document by sending it to somebody else.

@ianraymondgillespie
@

What? CNN and David Axelrod lie? Say it ain’t so.

@carmp3fan
@

CNN lying to make someone they don’t like look bad? Who would have thought?

@muzikdude1188
@

They didn’t do it because he didn’t want to testify because then it could be crossed examined. You can’t withhold something because it affects your case badly.

@mikey.411
@

How stupid is that if you’re gonna bring a witness forward, they may produce a document or discuss a document then why wouldn’t you disclose that to the other party. How are they to prepare without your disclosure?

@mikey.411
@

I didn’t know David Axlerod was one of CNN’s actual lawyers. I thought he was just one of their talking heads.

@StillDown85
@

The fact that this judge had to treat them like children is amazing. I bet there are Judges that don't have this level of integrity at our local levels. I have one in my court that refuses to accept legal documentation. An attorney generals don't seem to really give a crap. This is why the legal system is a complete and utter failure sometimes

@digigil4597
@

While the judge states both sides had lied, the problem with this conclusion that when you are dealing with a lair, you get dirt on your hands, even when you are innocent. This should be no surprise as this is CNN's strategy. You win a case, not by presenting facts, but rather by manipulating the procedure. Win at all costs, personally integrity doesn't matter.

@Daveinet
@

That judge was done with CNN's bullshit

@metalgate1979

The justice system is a farce. At this point we need jOuRnAlIsTs to fear the consequences of their sociopathic misanthropy.

Classic Axelrod

I can't remember a time when CNN was credible, it is the least trusted

Typical Bar Members. Even know they're all on the same team, they have to put on a show to make it look good, for the mindless among us.

@bocaraton3295

Those attorneys doing the exact same thing the media does to the public

@TBagr

There are abortion abolitionists being arrested for first amendment protected activities. True first amendment activists unlike the “auditors” whose meta is to make themselves the story under the guise of the first amendment. Would love to see true first amendment activists instead of the typical hacktivists you show on audit the audit

"LOSES IT"? Clickbait.

@sosukodo5037
@

They done fucked up. The judge said, "Uh uh...... Nope."

@michaelpipkin9942
@

There needs to be a law barring confidential settlements once a trial starts or being adjudicated as it undermines the whole trial by jury process. Why do you think people don't show up for jury duty, especially civil cases? We all know cases can be appealed after adjudication, but secret settlements just wastes court's resources, especially juror's time.

@bluetheta
@

I disagree with the defense; your youngs attorny was very professional. I watched this case only the CNN attorney was an ugly snake.

@trickedouttech321
