James Clear has always been obsessed with how to build habits (and how to eliminate negative ones). He has been sharing his habit building knowledge and experience via his highly popular blog for many years. His work has been published in the who's who of online and offline publications.

I'd love to read the book but I don't have the habit of reading books. It's a catch 22.

The workbook called 30 Days to Reduce Stress by Harper Daniels goes great with Atomic Habits I felt. It's so important to give the mind space to relax and be still.
