@shirleygounder9672But Ramaphosa is no ordinary litigant, he is the president of SA entrusted to protect the constitution. The courts should remind him of that first.

@jezuschrist7120The President move will be welcomed by the High Court and will decide to his favor. So far, there is no absolutely no evidence of evidence of misconduct by infringement of the code of conduct and of a crime. These people are hating the President instead of finding material elements. PP, SARB, SARB and the Police, all cleared him. Keeping money in a sofa is not a crime. Fraser said there was torture but there is no record of it in hospital and police. There is no a tortured person. One cannot take the President for impeachment ending in voting, without proven facts. Why are they wanting to impeach Raphosa while they had chance to elect someone else to but DA saved him and ANC by joining them? Now, DA is part of ANC and vice-versa.
@thefairobserver97The President is completely right. He faces prejudice should the impeachment process goes on, because whether with enough evidence or not the ANC's votes won't be enough to rectify the situation and others will vote to impeach him. Remember that he only paused the appeal as the ANC's votes, then the majority, voted against the impeachment process. Now ANC os noore the majority, despite the fact DA, PA and other in the GNU can still prevent the impeachment. This is a significant risk of prejudice to the President. Furthermore, the panel report had no evidence against the President. The report refers that there is questions the President must ask. This is not "prima faque" as many people are saying. The panel says they had no mandate to work more on the investigation. Who to blame? The same MPs who are now pushing for the impeachment, approved useless terms of reference for the panel.
@thefairobserver97But the constitutional court did clarify that the only way the parliament could hold the process is if the president takes the matter on review. People of the media seem to ignore that fact.

@oscarHara-y2eBut isn't the Constitutional court the highest court in the land and have the final decision that no lower court can overrule.
