Here it is - our in-depth Aston Martin DBX review! It’s the first SUV Aston Martin has ever produced, and as you can imagine, it doesn’t come cheap - starting at £158,000!
Looks like a Ford puma at the front
So what do you get for that ludicrously big price tag? Well under the bonnet, you’ll find a 4-litre twin-turbo V8 (‘borrowed’ from Mercedes, no less), that’ll produce 550hp and 700Nm of torque. The DBX will also shoot you to 60mph in just 4.3 seconds, and it has a top speed of 181mph!!
The only question left is… If you could, should you spend this much on an SUV?! You’ll have to stick with Mat and find out!
I always cringe at Brits thinking literally anything with AWD is meant to be an "off roader" lol. To be fair Aston Martin did provide a suspension lift for these things which make them theoretically off-roadable for the deep pocketed owners who would rather leave their G-wagen at home when they go fox hunting or whatever is allowed on the Island. Personally I wouldn't risk this thing on anything more challenging than climbing a mountain road for skiing, but that's me being too poor to fix whatever could possibly break on one of these beasts.

I agree (once) with all your findings, the other thing that could have been mentioned is extortionate maintenance costs, after being so lucky to drive one, the gui as you said is basically pants, not even touchscreen. The stop start buttons are so out of place they are virtually impractical. Don’t break the screen your looking at 2k and the panoramic roof glass around 6K a full service 2.5 K and I’ve been very disappointed in the after sales you get (Not very professional) otherwise a fantastic comfortable car for motorway driving, or you just clog up the engine ie intake flaps sticking. If you have money to burn go any buy one, don’t know how long you would keep it though

In a 911 Carrera 4S, I saw a SUV in the distance (about 300m) on a twisty road. Thinking to myself "I will soon overtake that". Well after about 5Km, I had made up about 100m. Only at a set of traffic lights did I finally catch up and found that it was a gorgeous DBX.
