I think hes always lacked the personality to reach the top top level. Never seems to be any aggression in him, like hes just there going through the motions.

With all due respect, Joyce always boxed like a robot. He possesses no flexibility whatsoever & hitting him is always easy. He needs to quit asap b4 he gets more brain damages. I don't think he is cut out for boxing.
