I am also lost the entire event as it ended. Couldn't claim the rewards. I was 4% . Send message to Cc. But no response from them. Waiting fir the master key. I can claim other normal TLEs , but car specific TLEs are bugged.

DBT earlier today my time i had a user name druver 4773 wuth like 7 D class Cars. ! C class cars and 1 B class Cars. then just 2 minutes ago, my progres was reset. this was done after the server expansion. if this is a comon issue then im not the only one,

@Justin_JhonsonI had the same TLE rewards disappear that are gone for me too. Gameloft support not being the most helpful… again. They said they would give me the rewards, but I haven’t gotten it yet

@ShanmohammadAnsariI think no one was able to collect the toyota gt one cup rewards but I think some people might have collected the color burst run cup rewards coz I was able to collect it as usual where after some time of validating results you get to claim rewards

@Percy2786I just think the colorburst cup itself is the only tle that is bugged. Also, the loading time has been way slower in general after the server change took place

@James27jBro unfortunately I lost my phone day before yesterday and bought a new one today logged into the game and the same thing server expansion came up my acc progress was perfectly fine but the colour burst run cup rewards were gone I was in top 2% 😢 don't know why they won't fix it even I don't know what to do
